Describe what is happening, where it is happening, who is affected, and why it matters. Strong reports help moderators cluster repeated problems into civic missions.
Do not post harassment, threats, hate, personal attacks, private personal information, or claims that cannot be responsibly reviewed in a public civic workflow.
Vote for issues that matter to your community. Do not create duplicate accounts, trade votes, or coordinate fake activity to manipulate ranking.
When a mission is open for community verification, submit what you observed. Photos and GPS can improve confidence, but honest response-only verification is still useful.
